Return and Refund Policy

Recovery and replacement:
Perfume products, musk and incense are only returnable and replaced in the following cases:

1- When the customer receives the product and there is an error in the type of product sent the customer will be compensated either for the value of the product or send the real product if any and at the expense of the store, the customer must confirm and review the purchase invoice and match it with the products that reached him from the store before using it and before opening the external packaging of the products and in case of the use of the product or the opening of the external packaging of the product will not be compensated the customer any amounts according to the policies of selling perfumes and cosmetic products globally.

2- In the event of any defect in the product or the receipt of a wrong product by the New Scale Perfumes store  , we compensate the customer by returning the wrong product to us and we either return the amount to the same account or credit card transferred from it or deliver the correct goods according to the required purchase invoice for free.

3- If a product is returned, it must be within 7 days of receipt with the invoice and the product is in its original state and is not open (the presence of the original external packaging) and no other product will accept otherwise. The customer will bear the return fee for the product.

4- He will not accept the recovery of any product that has been used and the opening of the external packaging of the product or its arrival in its non-original state.

5- If the customer wants to replace the product without any defect in the product and does not open the fragrance (the presence of the original external packaging) the store is not responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return in addition to the customer"s guarantee of the costs of shipping the replacement piece again and the product recovery fee to the store.

6- In case the order was shipped to the customer and wanted to cancel the order and recover the amount of the order and it is on the way to him and did not receive the order the customer will bear the charge of the return of the shipment and the amount will be deducted from the total order and returned to the customer account after receiving the shipment from the shipping company within 15 days of the date of receipt from the shipping company and the customer will be notified if necessary in case of delay in receiving the order and handing it over to the shipping company for more than 15 days and the customer has the option of approval or refusal Delay and refund.

For your safety, the New Scale Perfumes store  does not allow the return or replacement of its products, except only in the following cases.
Products that reach you are damaged or defective.
The arrival of a product is different from your request.
To recover the damaged/defective or accidentally sent product, we are pleased to communicate with customer service by calling or sending by WhatsApp number 05??????? Or send an e-mail message with the shipment number on [email protected]
You can replace/recover the damaged/defective product within 7 days of your purchase.
The product must be in the same state as the recipient and has not made any change in shape or body and has not been used.
We work on your floor so it may take 10 business days from the date of receipt of the product.
The amount of the damaged/defective product is recovered after it reaches us and the case is confirmed and the amount is transferred to you.
